Timely Warning: Suspicious Person Reported at IVC

TIMELY WARNING: SUSPICIOUS PERSON REPORTED AT IVC

COM ALERT: On October 26, 2017, at approximately 5 p.m., a seven year old female juvenile was dropped off by her mother for soccer practice at College of Marin’s Indian Valley Campus, Parking Lot 6. The juvenile was standing between the parking lot and the soccer field when she reported that a suspect approached her and demanded she get into his vehicle. The girl declined and stated she did not speak to strangers, at which point the suspect became verbally aggressive and the juvenile ran back to the soccer field. The juvenile stated she felt the suspect would have followed her if there weren’t other people around.
 
The juvenile described the suspect as a white male adult, approximately 30 years old, 6’ tall, 160 pounds, brown hair, brown eyes, and clean shaven. He was wearing a blue shirt with white horizontal stripes and red shorts. The juvenile reported seeing the suspect enter a gray SUV or truck with a camper shell, and drive away.
 
No injuries were reported.
