Welcome to your campus store! We’re your primary source for new, used, digital, and rental textbooks. We also stock lab and school supplies, Mariner apparel, gifts, snacks, and more. 

Ordering Course Materials

Course materials are available to rent and/or purchase at and by logging in to MyCOM > Canvas > Follett Discover.

Avoid the lines and order ahead. Visit our store hours page for In-Store and Curbside Pickup hours. Textbooks are available to purchase and/or rent in new, used, print, and digital formats. Choose the format that best suits your needs and budget.

Payment methods welcome: ApplePay, Paypal, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, College of Marin Grants and Scholarships

Also, we buy back physical, non-rental textbooks at the end of the semester. Please note — finals week is the best time to get the most for your unwanted books. Some restrictions apply.

Online Order Pickup

  1. Park in an available “Curbside Pickup” spot in front of our store, street parking also available on Kent Avenue.
  2. Call us at 415-485-9394 to bring your order to your vehicle
  3. Online Order Pickup: Provide the last 4 digits of your Online Order number (138400000XXXX) and show your Photo ID


Online Order Pickup/Return Process

  1. Head to our front door, facing Lot 1
    • Online Order Pickup: Provide the last 4 digits of your Online Order number (138400000XXXX) and show your Photo ID
    • Rental Return drop-off: Provide your Full Name, Email, Phone Number/Patron ID number
  2. Our team member will verify your ID and provide you with your online order/check in your rentals.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will I Get Charged for Rentals if I Miss the Due Date?

While the due date for rented books is always the last day of finals, please return your rentals as soon as you are done with them. Non-return fees will be charged to replace the book in our rental library. Log in to your rental account for the term specific due date, return instructions, shipping information, and more.

I Placed an Order but I Have Not Received Any Confirmation My Item Has Shipped. What’s Going On?

Orders are processed during store hours, in the order they are received. If your item is shipping from another location, it will take a little bit longer to arrive. Visit our Shipping & Delivery policy page or check your order status online. You can also contact us at the store during store hours.

We apologize for any inconvenience due to delays caused by these uncertain times. If you wish to cancel an order, contact us and we will work with you to meet your needs.
