We've got you covered! Offices and departments across campus are working together to continue supporting students during this difficult time. Many services are still being provided remotely—get contact information for these offices as well as community resources for food banks, financial assistance, employment/unemployment, undocumented students, and more.
While remote instruction has similarities to a face-to-face classroom, there are significant differences. Recognizing and responding to these differences is important for successful online teaching. This page provides information about personal and professional support resources including health, well-being, and overcoming obstacles in the remote learning environment.
Working remotely requires skills and resources that may be less familiar than those we use on campus. We may need to expand our knowledge of online meeting spaces for collaboration. These support services are designed to assist with the transition to remote work and to help us do the best we can—personally and professionally—while away from our desks.
We understand that as we support academic success both in-person and remotely, inevitably challenges may arise. We are here to support you with any questions you may have related to accessible technology, the provision of accommodations, and accessibility considerations for faculty and their course content.
