Last session! Taking a break to recharge and refocus is so important. All levels of mindfulness/meditation experience are welcome!

You can still attend Part 2 if you missed Part 1.

Each session, we will talk about a different aspect of stress management and how to take care of ourselves better. There will be a ten to15 minute meditation followed by a discussion period. Sessions will last about 30 minutes.

Take a few minutes to unwind and recharge during your busy day. You deserve it! If you miss one session, that is okay!
