Frequently Asked Questions

  • I lost my permit. Can I get a replacement?
No credit or refund will be given to a student for a lost permit. A student may purchase a replacement parking permit at full price if the permit has been lost, by completing a Parking Permit Replacement Request Form and submitting it to the Cashiering Services Office. Cashiering Services will void the original parking permit and issue a new permit.
  • My permit was stolen. Can I get a replacement?
If a parking permit has been stolen as a result of a crime being committed (stolen vehicle, forced entry), a police report must be submitted in order to process a replacement parking permit. Students must attach the police report to a completed Parking Permit Replacement Request Form and submit both documents to the Cashiering Services Office of Admissions and Records. If the police report indicates that it was a case of a stolen vehicle or forced entry, the original parking permit will be voided and new permit will be issued at no cost. In order to receive a replacement, students must submit a Parking Permit Replacement Request Form. .
