Take the opportunity to relax and re-connect through easy meditation and gentle stretches. No experience necessary. Learn how easy it is to refresh and rejuvenate your energy with a brief meditation. We will do a few gentle stretches to release physical tension. While this session does have some physical activity, participants should feel welcome to move at a pace most comfortable to them.
