COM Physics faculty Antonino Cucchiara will guide you through all the possibilities to explore science while at COM and how to dive deeper into funded research opportunities in physics, astronomy, and engineering. We will explore: 

  • Independent research opportunities at COM 
  • LAMAT internship at UCSC (focuses on Latinex students) 
  • Patti Norman fellowship in Aerospace (for Black/African American CC freshmen/sophomores) 
  • NASA and many more opportunities for summer 2021
