Denim Day 2024

For the past 24 years, Peace Over Violence has run its Denim Day campaign on a Wednesday in April in honor of Sexual Violence Awareness Month. Wearing jeans on Denim Day has become a symbol of protest against erroneous and destructive attitudes about sexual assault. Community members, elected officials, businesses and students are encouraged to make a social statement with their fashion by wearing jeans on this day as a visible means of protest against the misconceptions that surround sexual assault.

Please join COM students and colleagues in support of this campaign, which will be observed on April 24. Campus Police will be available to answer questions from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. at the Academic Center Quad, in Kentfield. We hope to see you there!
