The COM Wellness Program is starting a new Mindful COMmunity where employees can get together every Wednesday during COMmunity Hour to learn and practice mindfulness and meditation. All levels of mindfulness/meditation experience are welcome!

Taking a break to recharge and refocus is so important. We hope you can join us for some or all of these sessions.

Exhausted? Put your oxygen mask on first (part 1)

Each session, we will talk about a different aspect of stress management and how to take care of ourselves better. There will be a ten to15 minute meditation followed by a discussion period. Sessions will last about 30 minutes.

Take a few minutes to unwind and recharge during your busy day. You deserve it! If you miss one session, that is okay! You can join the next session – every session will be different and helpful.

Register in advance for the sessions you would like to attend. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting.
