Here is a brief update from Enrollment Services:
The Midterm Grade Entry period has been extended to Wednesday, March 25, at 12 p.m. (noon). Midterm grades will still be available to students on or before Monday, March 30.
Midterm grades are an important indicator of student progress, especially now. Faculty are strongly encouraged to submit these grades as they provide students with information about their progress and give Counselors opportunities to make targeted interventions in support of student success.
Instructors of short-term classes do not assign mid-term grades.
The deadline for dropping with a “W” grade remains April 17.
NOTE: Students receiving Financial Aid should wait until after March 30 to avoid a potential Financial Aid Payback.
Withdraw without a W, P/NP Changes, Refunds
The California Community College Chancellor’s Office has given institutions flexibility with withdraw, drops, and refunds during these extraordinary circumstances.
Due to the highly individualized nature of student circumstance all of these requests should be submitted through the Online Petition System which can be found under “Petitions and Prerequisites” in the Student tab of the MyCOM Portal.
Students can contact Enrollment Services using our Online Contact Form.
