Holistically Healthy Day. Come and check out the Fitness Center!  The Fitness Center is available for students and employees to use. There will be a 30 min workout led by Michele with participation of volunteer students and employee fitness program membersand including a Q&A Session. There will be a raffle 3 “memberships” for employees for Fall 2019.  We will also begin training for the upcoming Thanksgiving Turkey Trot, come and get more details!

Olive Picking at the IVC Organic Farm and Garden

IVC Organic Farm and Garden
Come help with the annual olive harvest at the Indian Valley Organic Farm and Garden!  We will be harvesting and sorting olives from 7 different varieties of italian olives that will be made into organic, extra-virgin olive oil.  This is a great opportunity to make new friends, learn more about the farm and get your hands dirty!  The first 15 participants will receive a bottle of olive oil (after it is milled and bottled.)

Dia de los Muertos

Dia de los Muerto is a Mexican celebration to remember and honor our loved ones that have passed on.  This is a beautiful and spiritual event that is celebrated in Latin America.  The day is filled with food, music and joy!  Be sure to check out the Ofrenda (alters) on the first level of Student Services and come prepared to decorate sugar skulls, eat tamales and Pan de Muerto and listen to the amazing music of Mariachis!  Don't miss this event!

Day of the Dead Sugar Skull Decorating
