Food as Medicine
On Thursday Eve November 8th, we will explore the future of food. We will bring a wealth of ideas on emerging food systems, food as medicine and innovations to the TEDxMarin table.
A crossroads of food culture, innovation and technology innovations are based in the Bay Area and it promises to reshape our relationship with food: what it is comprised of, how it’s grown or preserved, and whether it’s consumed or wasted. How will the environment force change on future diets? How will new farming technologies impact food options? What new roles may food play in precision medicine and our well-being? and what new insights do leaders in the food movement envision for the issues we face.

Tickets include a pre-show networking and innovator showcase in the theater lobby, followed by our salon in the theater. More amazing people then should be allowed together at any one time. Speakers will be announced on or about October 1. Our Salons typically sell out well in advance.
