Meditate, Stretch and Relax

Take some time to relax and re-connect with yourself in this easy meditation session with gently stretches. We practice breathwork throughout the session to become more aware of what it means to relax. No experience necessary. Learn how easy it is to refresh and rejuvenate your energy with a brief meditation. Reduce feelings of stress with a 3 minute and 10 minute meditation. This session is open to everyone. Optional: we will do a few gently stretches to release physical tension prior to settling in for meditation. Participants are invited to move a at pace most comfortable to them.
