Students who have completed the matriculation process, meet the eligibility criteria and are participating in the following programs:
- EOPS
- SAS (DSPS)
- CalWORKS
- TANF/Tribal TANFA Veteran
- An active member of the military
Or are:
- Foster Youth (eligible up to dismissal)
- Homeless Youth (eligible up to dismissal)
